Roding Valley Park:

• 1 Swallow flew up river from Charlie Browns Roundabout at midday (Daniel Erickson-Hull)

Seven Kings Park:

• cock Pheasant - turned up for saturday football (Martin Plumb)

South Woodford:

• Sparrowhawk displaying high up over South Woodford, flying upward, then suddenly dropping, then repeating this again (Peter Gordon)

Wanstead Flats:

• another Lesser Spotted Woodpecker drumming in the copse by Esso (that is 3 drumming males in the area now)
