- 2nd October 2010, 1 at Five Oaks Lane Scrubland
- 16th-24th September 2010, 1 on Wanstead Flats
- 25th April 2009, 1 in Hainault Forest
- 12th September 2008, 1 at Fairlop Waters
- 7th September 2008, 1 at Farilop Waters.
- 28th August 2002, 1 at Hainault Forest
Historical Information:
- Wryneck are reported as having been present (but less than five times) at Hainault Forest pre 2003 by the late Mr. Mike Dennis
- Pre 1946 Wryneck Bred in the area.
