LINNET

Linnet: Resident Breeding (more common in Winter)

Linnet sightings seem to be on the increase in the borough. They are resident at Fairlop Waters, and Gravel Works and on the Scrubland south of Five Oaks Lane, they also frequent Roding Valley Park, Wanstead Park, Wanstead Flats, Ray Park, Roding Valley Park, Goodmayes Park, and even some of the allotments in the borough. (They are thought to be breeding at many of the above locations.
