Hi there. Saw some of these yesterday on the canal near Limehouse. What appeared to be a male and two females. Pretty birds. Found this site whilst trying to identify them.
A pair of these geese have been coming to my feeder in my backyard for the last couple of weeks. I have been trying to identify them and finally gound your picture. They are stunning! I am in Ft. Pierce, Florida, USA. Would you say they are looking for a summer get away? S
Im from houston tx n I bought a pair of those in a flea market had them for like 6 months in a huge cage I builded in my back yard. But I realized that they were egyptians n pretty to b in cage. So I took them to a Crenshaw park in pasadena tx. N turned them lose in the lake the were together for some time but one is missing. I was keeping track of them once a week.N i find out one is missing.
