Fairlop Gravel Works:
  • (1pm): 14 Gadwall, 5 Shoveler, 12 Tufted Duck, 15 Cormorant, 1 Little Grebe, 4 Teal,
  • 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker (Steve Bacon).
Fairlop Waters:
  • 4 juvenile Little Grebe east end of main lake,
  • 96 Cormorant,
  • 2 Little Egret flew SE 8.10am (Steve Bacon).
Wanstead Park:
  • 5 Ring-necked Parakeet near Temple, most I have ever seen here. Is this the start?
  • Also 5 Little Grebe, Pochard, 5 Gadwall, 8 Tufted Duck on Heronry (J Lethbridge).
Roding Valley Park, Woodford Bridge:
  • Kingfisher, 2 Ring-necked Parakeets, Jay, 2 Goldfinches, 4 Mistle Thrushes, flock of Long-tailed Tits (Alan Hobson)
Wanstead:
  • Two Coal Tits on peanut and sunflower feeder. (garden by Wanstead Park) (Jennifer Charter)
