Fairlop Waters CP:
- quick visit at 8.30pm - you have GOT to go at this time!!! c500 Swift in feeding frenzy, some flying literally inches from my face!

Roding Valley Park, central:
- 3 Song Thrush
- 2 Whitethroat, Chiffchaff, Blackcap
- 12+ Swift
- Great Spotted Woodpecker
- Lesser Black Backed Gull (AHobson)
Roding Valley Park, south:
- 1 Whitethroat
- 1 Reed Warbler
- 1 Little Egret
- 1 Jay
- 1 Greenfinch
- Pair of swan and 6 cygnets
- Lots of tits, crows, woodpigeon (PGordon)
South Park:
- Great Crested Grebe on nest
- Mistle Thrush
- Green Woodpecker (TLachhar)
Wanstead Park:
- Reed Warbler still warbling - albeit not so vociferously - by Shoulder of Mutton Pond. He has extended his range from the reed bed to the whole eastern end of the lake, and often sings from trees.

- Lesser Black Backed Gull low ovr the green (AHobson)
