- Canada Goose broods all over the place
- Shelduck, female Teal, 6 Tufted Duck, Mallard, Coot, Moorhen
- few Lesser Black Backed Gulls
- flock of 12 Lapwing (first returning birds - perhaps non-breeders (all adult birds)
- also 1 proud mother Lapwing guarding 1 chick
- 5 Little Ringed Plover, 2 Redshank
- 4 Stock Dove
- Pied Wagtail, 3 singing Skylark
- c20 Swift, 2 Swallow
- c100 Swift, 20 Swallow, 5 Sand Martin, 1 House Martin
- no sign of saturdays Barnacle Goose
Five Oaks Lane Scrubland:
- Red Kite over – heading towards Fairlop
- 4+ Whitethroats, Chiffchaff
- 3 Swifts, Swallow
- 2 Cuckoo (1 seen)
- Linnet, Goldfinch
- Great spotted woodpecker
- Wren, Robin, Song Thrush (heard)
- Pheasant
- Blue tit (with young)
- Collared doves, magpies and carrion crows (TLachhar/NVincent)
Roding Valley Park, north:
- Bullfinch (heard) (RWoodward)
Valentines Park:
- Great Crested Grebe still sitting on nest
- Egyptian Goose (male) on the Fish Pond
- 2 Grey Heron chicks have now left the nest, although are still in the vicinity (3rd still on the nest) (GWare)
