Barking, River Roding: (just outside the borough)

• 11 Sand Martins at their colony this morning, near A406 roundabout/Tesco

Woodford Green:

• Goldfinches and Mistle Thrushes both still present and vocal this morning on Broadmead Estate.

Barking Park: (just outside the borough)

• Kestrel (Jonathan Makengo)

Ilford:

• Reed Warbler singing in the reeds on the River Roding at the end of Bluebell Avenue off Ilford Lane. A second non singing bird (presumably the female) was seen too .
