- quick visit this morning
- activity around the Nuthatch hole again... 2 birds present there, with a 3rd calling distantly
- Also: Wren, Stock Dove, Great Spotted Woodpecker (Eddie Barnes)
Ray Park:
- Charlie the Chaffinch has returned... attacking the wing mirrors of the cars in the car park, he was doing the same thing during breeding season last year too!
- singing Song Thrush too (Tajinder Lachhar)
Valentines Park:
- quick vist while passing through: pr Mute Swan on Long Water
- Coot sitting on eggs on Horse Pond
- Song Thrush in full song near long water, with at least 4 singing Blue Tits there too
- Pied Wagtail along Long Water
- over 50 Carrion Crows (DEH)
Wanstead Flats:
- Lesser Spotted Woodpecker (East copse, JL),
- Shelduck (east), Lapwing (west),
- 2 Siskin, 3 Lesser Redpoll, 5 Reed Bunting,
- 36 Redwing, 20+ Meadow Pipit, Pied Wagtail, c.20 Skylark, 8 Ring Necked Parakeet,
