Roding Valley Park, South Woodford:

Valentines Park:
- 4 Little Grebe, 2 Great Crested Grebe, 6 Cormorant all on the boating lake
- 2 Grey Heron (one on each lake)
- 17 Mute Swan (more than usual!, all 8 cygents still present)
- 1 hybrid Greylag Goose, Canada Goose, 4 Egyptian Geese grazing, then flew off honking over Gants Hill
- Mallard, 3 female Shoveler, Tufted Duck, Coot, Moorhen
- Kestrel flew over towards Wanstead at 8.10am
- Black Headed Gulls - common
- Feral Pigeon, 1 Stock Dove, Woodpigeon, 1 Collared Dove
- 1 Pied Wagtail, 6 Grey Wagtail, (2 on cranbrook cut, 1 on the south eastern outfall, and 3 additional birds over)

- 2 Coal Tit moving through the trees behind the cricket club house, Great Tits, Blue Tits, 9 Long Tailed Tits,

Wanstead Park:
- 3 Cormorant,

Wanstead Flats:
- 7 Whinchat, 2 Wheatear, 1 m Stonechat,
- Lesser Whitethroat, 8 Whitethroat,
- the escaped White-cheeked Turaco appeared briefly,
- 3 Blackcap, 4 Meadow Pipit, 1 Tree Pipit (SSSI), 2 Skylark,
