- south side of Painters Road:
- 5 Shelduck, Teal, 2 Shoveler, Gadwall, Little Grebe
- Coot on nest
- 7 Canada Geese on nests still
- 5 Swallow
- 8 Lapwing, Common Sandpiper, 2 Redshank
- 7 Yellow Wagtail (6 male, 1 female)
- 3 Linnet, 3 Reed Bunting (2 males, feeding off the gravel with wagtails, 1 female in trees)
- garden sightings: House Sparrows - 7 Adults & 2 Fledged chicks around garden pond being fed insects & bathing briefly early afternoon. (First garden fledglings for this year)!
- Swifts - 10 directly over garden & 2 screeching along road at roof top level.
- Grey Heron - 1 over garden at 4.30pm.
