Wanstead Flats:

• Flats 07:00–11:00: Tree Pipit (East of Lake House Road/North of Fairground site, in silver birch),
• Lesser Whitethroat, Common Whitethroat, Chiffchaff (more than in previous visits), Blackcap, Willow Warbler,
• 4+ Reed Bunting,
• 2 Sand Martin over,

Leyton Flats: (just outside the borough)

• 2 House Martin (1st of year), 5 Sand Martins,
