Gants Hill:

• Sparrowhawk - Seen at 7.32am flying from tree from surrounding gardens pursued by a Crow & Magpie.
• Coal Tit - Seen at 6.05pm being harrased trying to feed from feeder by male chaffinch.
• Plus birds seen this early morning:
• Jay - 1 flying out from our tree
• Greenfinches - c12
• Starlings - 5
• Blue tits - 5
• Great tits - 2
• Chaffinches - 4
• Blackbird - 1 (M)
• Robin - 1
• Juvenile Wood Pigeon - 1
• Feral pigeons - 4
  

Hainault Forest:

• Tawny Owl heard in Hainault Forest during a Bat walk from 7.00pm till 8.30pm - I came back after to check what I heard and played my bird mic sound as confirmation. (Alan Thomas)

Roding Valley Park, Woodford Bridge:

• Kingfisher
• Kestrel

Valentines Park:

• Great Spotted Woodpecker
• 2 Mandarin Duck (on Long Water) (1 adult male, and 1 juvenile male) (unfortunately these birds are confirmed to have been released by the park manager)
• 2 Jackdaw

South Woodford:

• 3 Jay over A406

Wanstead Flats:

• 2 Stonechat on the Broom near Long Wood (S Fisher)
