Roding Valley NR: (just outside the borough)
- Little Egret;
- 5 Wigeon; 4 Gadwall;
- Sparrowhawk;
- 40 Swallows; 18 Pied Wagtail. (BJ)
Wanstead Flats:
- 7:20am-8:30am: 6 Skylark, 7 Meadow Pipit,
- Whinchat, 4 Mistle Thrush,
- 2 Swallow,
- 3 Lesser Whitethroat, 4 Blackcap, Willow Warbler, 4 Chiffchaff,
- Greenfinch, up to 6 Jay busy storing acorns, 4 Jackdaw (J Lethbridge).
