Roding Valley Park:

• 5 Fieldfares, Green Woodpecker, Great Spotted Woodpecker, flock of Goldfinches, flock of Long-tailed Tits, Cormorant
• Also 2 Pied Wagtails nearby, one on Snakes Lane East and one on snakes lane west
• Kingfisher, Little Grebe, Common Gull, Goldfinch(AHobson)

South Woodford, garden:

• 1 Coal tit (new - only 1 dubious sighting in previous 7 years) feeding a lot and I managed to get within a couple of feet of it without much difficulty
• 1 Sparrowhawk (late afternoon - missing the very busy morning)
• 2 Dunnocks, 4 Woodpigeon, 2 Great tits, 2 Blue tits
• c. 10 House Sparrows, 1 Robin, 4 Carrion Crows, 4/5 Magpies, Small flock of Starlings

Valentines Park:

• 3 Little Grebe, 3 Great Crested Grebe
• Grey Heron
• 12 Mute Swan, 3 hybrid Greylag Geese, Canada Geese, 3 Egyptian Geese, Mallard, 1 Shoveler, 2 Pochard, Tufted Duck, Coot, Moorhen,
• Black Headed Gulls, 1 ad Medeterranian Gull (Valentino), 10 Common Gull,
• Kingfisher in the screened off part of Cranbrook Cut
• Feral Pigeons, Woodpigeons,
• Pied Wagtail, 2 Grey Wagtail,
• Wren, Dunnock, Robin, Blackbird, Mistle Thrush, Great Tit, Blue Tit, 5 Long tailed Tit, Jay, 3 Jackdaw, Carrion Crow, Magpie, Starling, House Sparrow, 7 Chaffinch, 3 Greenfinch, 9 Goldfinch (MCondon)

Wanstead Flats:

• (07:00-11:30): 400+ Wood Pigeon (south), Collared Dove, 250+ Fieldfare (north/north-west), 11 Redwing, 10+ Robin, 7+ Blackbird, Song Thrush, Mistle Thrush, Stonechat (broom field), 15+ Meadow Pipit, 2 Pied Wagtail, 15+ Skylark, 40+ Chaffinch, 4 Brambling, 10 + Greenfinch, 9 Goldfinch, 13 LEsser Redpoll, 4 Linnet, 2 Reed Bunting, 3 Snipe, juv Yellow-legged Gull chasing Black Headed and Common Gull around Alex, 100 + Starling (west), 50+ Jackdaw (flocks of 40+ moving south / south-west), Kestrel, Sparrowhawk, 2 Teal, 3m and 1f Shoveler, 2 Cormorant (over), Green and Great Spot Woodpecker, 4 Ring Necked Parakeet (NC and Steve Thorpe).
