Wanstead Flats:

• Woodcock west end of Flats early AM (S Fisher);
  

Wanstead Park:

• Firecrest Reservoir Wood, east end of Wanstead Park (T Harris, N Croft),
• female Goldeneye still present on Heronry Pond - first record since 1985 (SF, PF, JL et al);
• 25 Fieldfare in Old Sewage Works,
• 8+ Ring Necked Parakeet on Rook Island, (J Lethbridge).
• Grey Wagtail was by the hut. (Sally Hammond)
• 2 Kingfishers (one showed really well for a long time),
• 2 Green Woodpeckers, 2 Greater Spotted Woodpeckers, Jay, Jackdaws, Carrion Crows, etc etc. (Sally Hammond)

Woodford Green:

• over 100 Gulls on the flooded football field on Braodmead Estate including Lesser Black Backed Gulls, Herring Gulls, Common Gulls and Black Headed Gulls

Roding Valley Park, Woodford Bridge:

• after the heavy rains, 2 adult Mute Swan (rarely seen in this stretch as it is usually so shallow)

Claybury Park:

• Sparrowhawk being harassed by a crow (Eddie Barnes)

Fairlop Waters:

• 4 Corn Buntings,
• 40 Linnets,
• Grey Wagtail,
• 4 Chiffchaffs,
• Green Sandpiper (AABrown)
