Wanstead Park & Flats:

• 83 Gadwall, c180 Coot, 8 Little Grebe,
• 1 Snipe flew East, 3 Shoveler,
• c300 Common Gulls,
• 15 Fieldfare, several Redwing
• 10+ Skylark,
• male Stonechat,
• Stock Dove, (S Fisher);
• 5 Mistle Thrush,
• 15+ Fieldfare, 120+ Redwing in 2 flocks (J Lethbridge)

Gants Hill:

• Fieldfares - small flocks seen at 10.19am flying over back gardens in 4 different groups within a 10 minutes spell heading I guess towards Fairlop.
• Great Spotted Woodpecker - Male
• Goldfinches - 3, House Sparrows - 18, Blue tits - 11, Great tits - 3, Greenfinches - 9, Chaffinches - 6, Robin - 1, Blackbird - 1 female, Wren - 1, Magpie - 1, Woodpigeons - 2, Feral Pigeons - 12 (Alan Thomas - garden sightings)

Hainault Forest CP:

• c50 Magpies flying in to roost at dusk
• 20 Redwings
• c100 Canada Geese
• Nuthatch heard

Aldborough Hatch:

• garden sightings:
• 3 Jays
• 1 Great spotted woodpecker
• 1 Dunnock (CPoutney)

Fairlop Waters Country Park:

• 100 plus Fieldfares
  50 plus Redwing
  40 plus Lapwing (CPoutney)
