Valentines Park:
- pair of Mute Swan, and many pairs of Canada Geese
- Mallards, Moorhens and Coots. (the Coot that was sitting on 1 egg last week, is now sitting on 3)
- 20 or so Tufted Duck, 2 pairs of Gadwall, 1 pair of Little Grebe and a male Pochard on the small lake
- pair of Grey Wagtail on the boating lake
- Great Spotted Woodpecker seen in the tall trees near the small lake, and a Green Woodpecker heard calling distantly.
- many Carrion Crows, Magpies, and a pair of Jay in a hollybush near Valentines School
- Great Tit, Blue Tit, Long Tailed Tit, Chaffinch, Greenfinch, Goldfinch, and a Mistle Thrush.
South Park:
- pair of Mute Swan, many Canada Geese, 1 pair of Greylag Geese, many Mallards, 30 or so Tufted Duck, 1 female Pochard and a Little Grebe.
- several pairs of Greenfinch by the southern entrance.
- pair of Stock Dove, (plus many Wood Pigeon, Collared Dove and Feral Pigeon)
- the pair of Mistle Thrush is still feeding young, a third adult was seen on the playing field and a fourth at the junction with Green Lane/South Park Drive.
Fairlop Gravel Works:
- no sign of Spotted Crake, but kicked out 10 Snipe, 1 Green Sandpiper, 3 Redshank, 2 Little Ringed Plover (Steve Bacon)
- 18 Gadwall, 2 Shoveler, 2 Teal, 2 Shelduck.
- 7 Sand Martin and 3 Swallow. (SB)
